At Auralith, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The device must not be damaged due to misuse

Original packaging should be included when possible
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare devices may not be eligible for return, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
