At Relivio, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Rules

  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Customers must contact us first at contact.relivio@gmail.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Items must be in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping fees.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Photo proof of damage or defect is required before any return or refund is approved. Please include clear photos in your email when contacting us.

Relivio Depuff Serum

  • Used or opened products cannot be returned. Once the seal has been broken or the product has been used, it is not eligible for a return or refund.
  • If the bottle arrived broken or damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Photo proof is required.

Relivio Compression Socks

  • Worn or washed socks cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, socks that have been used are not eligible for a return.
  • If your socks arrived ripped, defective, or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Photo proof is required.
  • If you received the wrong size or color, we will exchange them for the correct item at no additional cost to you.

Bundle Orders

  • All bundle purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the items arrived damaged or defective.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Our 60-day guarantee covers product satisfaction. If you are genuinely unhappy with your results, contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. This guarantee is separate from our return policy and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact.relivio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Attach clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
  3. Wait for our approval and return instructions before shipping anything back.
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Relivio reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
